For roaming, the number +40 94 945 440 has to be dialled. In the menu, set as "User Name" your phone number in the format 4074xxxxxxx and your password.
The connection on 3G / EDGE / GPRS support is an IP (Internet
Protocol) connection made by accessing the corresponding APN
(Access Point Name).
The authentication is automatic and no other settings are necessary.
The transfer speed for the packages is different depending on the direction of transfer - from phone to network or from network to phone. It depends on the phone's features and the radio conditions at the point where the connection is made.
Depending on the handset type WAP 1.0 or WAP 2.0 settings will be used.

usage
The WAP Access service allows browsing the wap sites around the world (as long as they are public) and to the dedicated applications accessible on the mobile phone.
The access to such applications can be managed by Orange Romania, being granted only to the validated users.
tariffs
The charge for the WAP Access service depends on the technology you choose for connection (CSD/ 3G / EDGE / GPRS).
connecting via CSD technology
- the charging is made according to the connection time
- the charging unit: the first minute is indivisible while starting with the second minute the charge is per second
- tariff per minute: 0,06 EUR
connecting via 3G / EDGE / GPRS technology
- the charging is made according to the traffic volume
- the charging unit is the KB (Kilo Byte): 1 KB=1024 Byte, 1 MB=1024 KB, 1 Byte=8 bits
- tariff per MB: 0.9 EUR

acquisition method
The service via CSD is activated on the PrePay SIM card.
For activating the service through GPRS/EDGE/3G dial *100#, Self
Care service (free of charge from your Orange phone) and choose
from "Services" menu the option "MMS, data and settings".
Select then from the "Mobile Data Services" the "via
GPRS/EDGE" option.
Your phone must be wap compatible.
