PrePay top-up using Credit Transfer
for you
The Credit Transfer service lets you give credit to any other PrePay or top-up plan customer, directly from your account. Depending on the amount of credit you have available, you can transfer any amount between 1 and 3 EUR.
how it works
Call *100# from your mobile and select the Credit Transfer menu, then follow the instructions. You can transfer any amount between 1 and 3 EUR, depending on the amount of credit you have available.
Once the transfer has been made, you’ll receive a text message notification. The customer you transferred credit to will also be sent a text message informing them of the total amount of credit they received.
You can transfer credit from your account up to 5 times in 30 days. The PrePay account you transferred credit to will have their active period extended by 5 days. PrePay and top-up plan customers who receive your transfers won’t be able to transfer credit during the following 30 days.
You can transfer credit during the first two months with Orange if, following the transfer, you’re left with the initial amount of credit available when you set up your SIM card.
The service is not available during the first 6 months after setting up discounted or free promotional PrePay packages, or for packages received free of charge with mobiles purchased through the Orange Thank You programme.
This service can be used by all PrePay customers in their active period and by top-up service plan customers.
In addition, the service is avalable in Romania and while roaming, subject to the technical limitations of the foreign mobile network. As a result, both the customer making the transfer and its recipient can be located in Romania or abroad (using the Roaming service).
