You can benefit now from the reserve credit that you can use to communicate in an emergency, when your credit is inactive or it is active, but its value is not enough to make a 1 minute national call.
The reserve credit value is of 40 euro cents, corresponding to at least 1 minute national call, according to your tariff option. This credit is active for one day and does not have a grace period.
how does it work?
Call *100# free of charge from your mobile, Self Care service, access the Recharge menu, then Reserve recharge option and follow instructions. The recharge of your account with 40 euro cents will be confirmed by a text message.
The amount of 40 euro cents will be withdrawn at the next recharge of your
account, by any available recharging methods, by Credit Transfer or
by bonuses received. A text message will notify you about the withdrawn
corresponding to the reserve credit value.
To use this service, you have to recharge at least once your Orange
PrePay card or to receive credit by Credit Transfer service.
You benefit from a single reserve recharge within a 30 days period, and you can further use this service only after the confirmation of the 40 euro cents withdrawn.
How much does it cost?
The access and the use of the service are free of charge.
Where can I find it?
The service is available free of charge to all PrePay and rechargeable subscription users directly on their mobile phone using Self Care service.
