PrePay recharge

for you

This is the service that allows you, as an Orange subscriber, to recharge any PrePay account with values between 1 EUR and 200 EUR.
The maximum monthly amount you can recharge a PrePay account with depends on the value of your previous monthly bills. Each time you use this service during one month, you are informed on the remaining value you can recharge a PrePay user account with during the respective month.

how does it work

Call 200 from your Orange phone and select option "PrePay account recharge".
You will be asked to press in your personal password each time you use this service. All subscribers private users that have not defined their password will authorize themselves by pressing in their six-digit number of their ID followed by #. All subscribers legal persons that have not defined their password in the Orange Thank You form will identify themselves by pressing in the last six digits of the company fiscal code followed by #. Only the person appointed by the company has access to this service.

Once you pressed in your password you will:
    be told the maximum recharge value that you can order.
    be asked to select a recharge value.
    have to key in the telephone number of the PrePay account you want to recharge

Once the recharge has been done you will receive the confirmation in a text message that contains the following data: the recharged PrePay number and the total recharged value.

The PrePay user will also receive a text message in which he is informed on the total value added to his credit and the recharge date. The credit recharged using this service is taken into account when the fidelity bonus and the bonus for recharging within 30 days are granted.


how does it work in roaming

The Orange subscriber has to be in Romania in order to recharge a PrePay account.
The PrePay user also benefits from this service while in roaming.
Either in the country or in Roaming, his/her PrePay account can be recharged by any Orange subscriber inside Romania.


how much does it cost?

The value you recharged the PrePay account with will be included in your monthly invoice and the PrePay user will benefit from a credit equal to the recharged value to which the corresponding bonus is added.

And more, you get a 5% discount on the recharged value.

for example
if you ordered a 12  EUR recharge that grants a 1,50  EUR bonus, the PrePay account will be recharged with the credit value + bonus = 13,50 EUR and you will pay in RON 12EUR - 5% of the credit value + VAT.

Information on the invoice: the value of the recharged credit of which 5% have been subtracted from will be specified on the invoice.
